I want to pull a list of spefic values depeding on an item selected in a drop down menu.  Does anyone know how to do this?  I really need help!  Thank you

 

Example:

 

Choose "A" from a drop down list

 

Then a list of values "1,2,3,4,5" will appear in drop down or any type of field below

 

If you choose "B" from a drop down list
