I have tried to contact support but they don't answer my questions, so I thought maybe from here I could get my answers replied.

I would like to remove my account from the Zoho system as I don't require their services any more. However, I can't do it because I have to delete my current Portal. I can't do that because I am in free service. 

Does anyone know how to proceed in this situation? or where to ask?
