ICS export not updated to new times?

ICS export not updated to new times?

When I change the start and end time of my tasks and I copy the ICS export link and add the calendar in Outlook or Google (tried both) the tasks still have the old start and end times. Are this ICS export links not realtime updated? If not, how long do I have to wait for an update to the new times?
