Import Data

Is there any way for a non admin user to import a mass amount of data into a table in creator? The import data that the admins can access works perfectly. However we'd like this function to be usable by a non admin user. The Zoho Migration tool seems like it could be an option, but I get an error when trying to install that on our machines saying that the software is incompatible with the operating system. E-mailing doesn't seem like an option, from what I can tell that only works on I row of data at a time. Are there any other options out there?
