I have a public website form that gets filled in by external people. Upon submission of a new form, an email is triggered to 5 teammates so they may review and comment on the submission. I'd like to capture those comments automatically in the database by having them reply to the form email. On that same form are hidden five extra fields, one with each teammate's
response
name on it to hold their response.
How can I configure Zoho to automatically receive the emails and put the data from each teammate's response in the appropriate fields? Which reply system email should I use?
