Import data to Quote Module

Import data to Quote Module

Hello,
I need your help.

I have to import Quotes to ma CRM. As i noticed i need 2 source filer: Quote, Quoted Items with csv. I prepared files and i have tried to import. All of my tries had finished with 0 imported records.

When i mapping fields i have required filerds for:

Quotes
Name*
Quote Id*

Quoted Items
Product Id*
Quote Id*

What values should i use for Quote Id if i want to import new records?
What values should i use for Product Id (where can i find Product Id for my existing Products in CRM)?

Could you give me example to make import effective?
