Import Hyperlink from XLS spreadsheet?

Can this .xls field:   

=HYPERLINK("http://www.youtube.com/user/onewaytoturn#p/a/u/1/wq72JsWH05g";"YouTube Video")

Be imported to a Zoho Url field, and the Link and Link Name be propagated from the above function?  In this case only "YouTube Video" is pasted in as text, not as a hyperlink.

Alternatively, is there a way to have a constant Link Name content, such as "Video Link" so that the full URL doesn't show?  I tried to edit the form and it does not seem to allow a fixed entry.
