Import us users from zohoCRM to zohoProjects - failed, despite there was active and confirmed account

Import us users from zohoCRM to zohoProjects - failed, despite there was active and confirmed account

I have setup a project in zohoProjects and also I have added CRM to the suite. Being loged in to both zohoCRM and zohoProjects I have tried to import an user from CRM to Projects. The user account was active and confirmed, but it didn't get imported. The system message said 'No users to import from this CRM account.'  Is there a bug?
