Hi everyone,

We would like to share an important update for Zoho RPA Windows Agent users running Windows Server 2016 or Windows Server 2019.

The new Zoho RPA Windows Agent 6.0.0 and later versions are not supported on Windows Server 2016 and Windows Server 2019.

For environments running these operating systems, you can either:

1. Upgrade your Windows Server

Move to a supported Windows Server version to continue using the latest RPA Agent versions, features, and updates.

2. Continue using RPA Agent 5.2.2

If upgrading your Windows Server isn’t possible yet, you can continue using Agent 5.2.2 with your existing automation flows. Your current automations will continue to work, but you won’t have access to the latest features, enhancements, or future updates introduced in newer versions.

If you’re staying on Agent 5.2.2, please stop auto-update from the Agent Listing Page on machines running Windows Server 2016 or 2019. This will prevent the agent from attempting to update to an unsupported version.

Choose the option that works best for your setup and ensure your RPA Agent remains compatible with your Windows Server version.
