After seeing the fantastic new options to update via import, I've gone to test it and can't find the option ...

When reading the document it said that the option should be under settings, but it's just not there

When I go to settings, all I see is on import error and date formatting, there is nothing about adding or appending rows.

Is this where I should be seeing the option ?
Has it fully rolled out yet ?
