Importing data via email

Hello, the graphic on the Product Overview Page says you can do it, but I'll be darned if I see how.

I have several dozen sites that collect data email it. I'm trying to get ZC to read those emails and put the data in the db.

After 30 minutes of looking for how to do this, I give up and ask for a link or other guidance.
