Information problem

ZOHO Guys,
I am trying to evaluate your product as a serious business tool. However your attitude to providing key information such as

1. CRM Data Model
2. Product Roadmap and Enhancement promises
3. Complete and accurate help

make it very difficult to recommend as a serious choice for small business.
You may be cheap, but I would prefer to pay if it means not being kept in the dark!
