I am trying to create a URL link so when user click on the link it will open  a specific page and input the respective field entry to the search box of the page automatically. 

Here is the details what I am looking for - - 

In the above screenshot you can see "FCC MVPD" link which redirect the user to the below link 

https://apps.fcc.gov/coals/forms/search/cableSearchNf.cfm

So in the above link you can see several search criteria where I just want to enter the MVPD name ( here comcast) in the Company Name field of the respective web page.

Is it possible to create in creator ?

Please help me to figure out it .Thanks for your help
