We are currently using Zoho Campaigns for email distribution to our clients. I would like to inquire about an issue we encountered.

When duplicating a previously created and sent campaign from the "All Campaigns" section, the images used in the header and footer are not displayed in the preview, showing an error instead. The same error appears when sending a test email. I have tried duplicating the campaign again, but the issue persists.

However, the original campaign (before duplication) displays the header and footer images correctly without any issues.

Could you kindly assist us by providing insight into the cause of this problem and suggesting a solution?
