We have two separate teams in our organization using Zoho for project management:

• The Development team uses Zoho Sprints and follows Agile/Scrum methodology.

• The Infrastructure team uses Zoho Projects for traditional task-based project management.

In our workflow, development work tracked as Stories in Zoho Sprints often requires parallel or dependent work from the infrastructure team, which is tracked as Tasks or Subtasks in Zoho Projects.

We would like to understand:

• Is it possible to link or associate a Story in Zoho Sprints with a Task or Subtask in Zoho Projects?

• How do other teams handle cross-team dependencies when one team uses Zoho Sprints and another uses Zoho Projects?

Any guidance, best practices, or official Zoho recommendations would be greatly appreciated.
