I am creating an application that would allow us to have people check into a rock wall. I am happily using CRM to manage the people that are interactive with us. (For instance, if someone fills out a trip application, signs into the rock wall, applies for a project, ect. they are all recorded into our CRM database)
What I would like to have happen is when someone clicks on there name in our application using the CRM field, information about that person would automatically be populated into the form. This way our staff could see when the persons waiver expires, what shoes size they wear, and what they have been trained to do.
What is the best way to solve this problem?
