Invalid Ticket ID when importing client users in Projects from CRM

Hi,

Getting a Invalid Ticket ID when importing client users in Projects from CRM. Resent my ZSC key and have had this problem since. I am not presented with a way to update same that I can see.

Note :  If you wish to import users from a different CRM account you need to generate a new ZSC key. For this, click Change the ZSC Ticket  link. Provide the new email address and the corresponding ZSC key generated to import users from CRM.

How does the above  work? I cannot see this link anywhere?
