Invoices not showing in Mobile CRM
I noticed that if I create a Deal in online version of CRM there is an area I can create an invoice for that contact/deal but I do not see this in CRM mobile. I know there is a invoice app that is separate but I not sure I want my sales people to be able to see all invoices. I would prefer they just have the ability to only see information related to their own contacts, accounts, invoices and deals.
Am I missing something how to achieve this? The reason I think I need to create an invoice is so inventory they either sold or loaned out as consignment/trial I need to make sure the inventory is subtracted properly and we know what is out there we need to collect payment on.
My process I think is proper a sales person would follow:
Create lead contact > convert to Deal > Create invoice to also subtract inventory > set the stage of the deal.
In addition, after they have made the deal and collected for the invoice I am wondering what the best way is to work say 30 day folloups for reorders. I could set another stage under deals called 30 day followup but the downside with that is the deal could continue to stay open.
