Is It Just Me or Does Zoho Show Now Blasts Audio CMs Periodically?

This phenomenon has been bothering me for the last month or so. When I have the editing screen (with the URL https://show.zoho.com/show/open/blahblahblah) open, it periodically blasts audio commericals. This is not only a nuiasance (I get scared sh*tless) but it entirely discrupts my work becaue it is so loud that I cannot hear the other person during a VoIP call.

Initially I did not even know which browser tab is playing that audio, but now I know for sure it is the Zoho Show tab. This, however, does not mean it is Zoho's fault. I have two suspictions:
  1.  It could be because of some malicious browser add-on that I have installed (no idea which one, at this point).
  2. It could be because of YouTube videos embedded in slides.
Is anyone experiencing something similar? Any help will be appreciated, because I really need to get rid of this phenomenon.
