Is it possible to have 2 admins in Creator?

Is it possible to have 2 admins in Creator?

Hi Zoho,

We have an Enterprise account. I would like to add another user as an Admin so that they can create databases, modify existing databases, etc. Is that possible?

It doesn't seem that adding someone as a Developer gives them those kinds of rights.
