Can we select a set of projects from our Basecamp account when migrating?

Also does the migration distinguish between Basecamp projects and teams? Basecamp3 has this new separation of "Teams" and "Projects". They are in fact not different entities from each other. "Teams" are rather used to create some team workspaces which aren't directly targeted at real projects.
