Is there a record upload limit for creating and app or form?

Is there a record upload limit for creating and app or form?

     A few times I've uploaded a larger file (maybe 3,000 rows, 10 columns in excel) and the import process for zoho creator just hangs with a blank webpage. Is there a file limit of some sort or any idea why this would happen?
