Is this even possible with Zoho? - Pull data from one site with their API then push orders to another with their API

Hello, I've been trying to learn Zoho, but before I get too far I'm wondering if any gurus can tell me if this is even possible?

Basically I'd like to connect into the Etsy API and import my orders and customer information then I'd like to use that data to create corresponding dropship orders on Shapeways with their order API.

Can Zoho both pull in data from one site, allow minor manipulation and then push it back to another website?

Thanks in advance, just want to make sure it's worth my effort to learn this!
