Is ZeptoMail Still Supported? No Response to API Query in Over a Week

I’m posting here to express my growing frustration and concern over the lack of professionalism I’ve experienced with Zoho's ZeptoMail support.

On July 21st, I received a response asking for clarification about an API request — specifically, whether there is a way to retrieve processed email data (inbound emails) from a Mail Agent via API. I promptly replied with a clear use case:

“Yes please, I need to get processed emails from a client via API. I do not see it in your docs, but Microsoft has it in theirs.”

Since then, no response. It’s now been a full week (w/ multiple messages), and I’ve heard nothing back. This kind of delay—especially with a technical question and no resolution in sight—doesn’t reflect well on a product that markets itself as a reliable transactional email platform.

Frankly, I’m left wondering: Is ZeptoMail still actively supported?

We’re using ZeptoMail in production and trying to improve automation around message handling—but without this functionality or confirmation of whether it even exists, we’re stuck. And with no updates from support, we're left in limbo.

Would appreciate input from the Zoho team or other developers: Has anyone successfully retrieved processed (inbound) email data from ZeptoMail via API?
