Do I need to track issues raised to zoho support team in a separate app? Also, is this email managers-escalations@zohobooks.com actually meant for a genuine escalation? – I find same people responding from both emails. ☹

Sorry for the delayed response, as per your queries.
1. We would like to let you know that the WAC of the Item cannot be viewed from the overview page of the item.
2. And to know the value you will be able to view the same from the Inventory valuation report. (i.e) If the item is set with the WAC valuation then the asset value that you see here is the inventory valuation report is based WAC. And if the item's valuation is set as FIFO, when the asset value that is shown in report is based on FIFO. And there is no separate column for the WAC or FIFO value)
(And you can click on the asset value to find the list of transactions)
