Greetings.
We would like to submit a feature request regarding the handling of feature requests themselves, specifically for Zoho People.
Zoho People feature requests are repeatedly being moved to the Zoho One forum, even when they are clearly product-specific and unrelated to licensing.
While we do hold a Zoho One license, feature requests are not license-related. They are product-level discussions and should be handled within the relevant product forum.
Feature requests rely on a product-specific voting mechanism
Keeping them in the Zoho People forum ensures that:
Actual Zoho People users can discover them
Relevant customers can vote and comment
The product team receives accurate, product-focused feedback
Moving Zoho People feature requests to the Zoho One forum breaks this model entirely.
We have submitted feature requests across many Zoho products over time.
Zoho People is the only product where feature requests are consistently moved away from the product forum.
This behavior is inconsistent with how feature requests are handled across the rest of the Zoho ecosystem.
Please ensure that:
Zoho People feature requests remain in the Zoho People forum
Zoho One is used only for: support request.
Product feature requests are handled by the respective product teams, as intended
This change would:
Preserve the integrity of the feature request voting system
Improve feedback quality for the Zoho People product team
Align Zoho People with the standard process used across all other Zoho products
We kindly but firmly request that Zoho People feature requests not be moved to the Zoho One forum going forward, and that existing ones be returned to the Zoho People forum.
