Kits: Option to Hide Associate Items on Documents

The new Kit type of Composite Item is very helpful, and we're already using it in several different ways.

One problem is that there seems to be no way to hide the components on some documents, including Package Slips.

There is an option given in settings (shown below), but it does not behave as expected.

Under Settings | PDF Templates, one can tweak the details of the PDF documents. There is an option to "Show Kit and Its Components". 

That seems like it would be perfect.

When the box is ticked, it shows the Kit, and its Components are indented under it.

Unfortunately, it is unticked, the behavior is not what one would expect. Instead of not showing the Components, it only shows the Components.

This does not address what I would consider to be a major use case (perhaps most common), where the consumer-facing Package Slip should only show the Kit name.

Please consider giving that option, as it will likely be very common for users to want a Kit where the customer should never see the individual components.
