I have client with different language (english/german/french/italian), and to send the right type of contract, I select my template but how do zoho sign detect the language of the receiver of my contract ?

Like the base automatic email, the general condition and the instruction ? When I automaticly send a contract in Italian (with the right template that i select), I want my client to have everything in Italian and in the same time, if I send it to a english client, i want also him to have everything in english.
