Last Activity Time does not update when emails are sent via an email client outside Zoho CRM

Hey guys, I'm among many people that uses Office 365 as the working horse for the company, as much as my clients also do. CRM seems to ignore the emails sent to customers via Outlook for example and does not update the last activity time in CRM, which causes a lot of hassle having to track when to speak to a customer.

Using the web client for email in CRM is not a good option, as Outlook offer a ton of more options, plus I can access all my other mailboxes in there as well as integrating with Teams, calendar and so on.

We need to find a way to update last activity time when emails are sent to customer.
