Last Assignee through Automation Rules on BUGTRACKER
Hi there fellow Zoho Devs,
I'd like to know if there's any chance or development currently being done on this topic.
It would be amazing if the Last Assignee could be assigned through automation rules when some trigger is met as configured let's say if I do something as Assignee 2, the Ticket automatically goes back to the Assignee 1
