Hi,

I'm using an email parser to extract information from my incoming leads. I have mapped the first and last name to the proper fields, but when the lead comes in, the last names appears twice. Which that each time we still have to manually edit the lead and this is time consuming. Why is it pulling the last name twice? And how can I fix that?
