Legal validity of ZOHO-Sign-signed documents in Netherlands
In the knowledge-section of ZOHO-Sign I read that a (in ZOHO-Sign) signed document has the same legal validity as a hand-signed paper document. I just wanted to verify that this is also the case in the Netherlands.
In short: Is a form signed through ZOHO-Sign legally binding in the Netherlands?
