We have designed an application for a client and they need to be able to filter the data by month. Unfortunately, they have now been using the app for more than 50 months, which means that the most recent month (ie January 2016) is no longer turning up as an option in their filter menu. (There is a limit of 50 with date-time filter values -- see  https://www.zoho.com/creator/help/views/set-filters.html).

I can't create custom filters because the sheer number of views involved (ie hundreds), which makes the job just too big. And the client says their people are too technophobe to use the search function to define a range.

What's the solution here? 

* Is there any way of changing this limit of 50?

* If not, is there any way of excluding the earliest values from the filter, short of deleting the data, so that only the 50 most recent values appear?
