Link/edit a record without login not working!

Link/edit a record without login not working!

Hi,

I am trying to edit an existing record, without entering login in information.

I have checked the forum, and found this :http://help.zoho.com/portal/en/community/#topic/2266000000195141

but is not really helping.

I have a link :

which gets translated in the browser to :

But still I get the Sign In Screen.

Maybe it is related, I have set the Form Public, but returning to the Form, and requesting the PermaLink, I can still choose between with or without login.

Am I doing something wrong, or is Zoho not responding as should be excpected??
