Linked forms: Can a lookup field picklist be set to display only un-picked records?

I so far have not discovered an indication for a linked lookup field between two forms,
for example, from a child form "B" to a parent form "A"
to display only un-picked records to link to.

The relation is one-to-one in this example.

Can the lookup field and displayed picklist be set to only display unpicked linked records?
