Linking table from Zoho Reports to Excel

Linking table from Zoho Reports to Excel

Hello,

I would link to be able to have a worksheet in excel that gets automatically updated when there are changes in a Zoho reports table.  I believe the Get external data option in excel should be able to do this, but I am unsure how to set it up to work with a specific table in Zoho.  Any help with this would be appreciated.
