Currently the "Log hours" popup dismiss when we click anywhere outside the popup. I find it annoying when it dismiss without any confirmation.. especially when I have already filled in all the details of task and all.
So in my opinion it is good to disable that dismissal when a user click anywhere out side the popup. There is a cancel button in it anyways. Just my thought.
