What is wrong, why is this happening? 

Im not sure if the value is set wrong or what. I know the lookup field is referring to the correct record because of the part " m3steele@gmail44.com - 9" that is also included. These values are not in any other record in my database.

I cant find any record ID = 1185428000007018240 anywhere in my database.

I have confirmed by looking at the proper record ID that it should be  1185428000007018175 as shown in the view. 

Yes the form field is set to show ID not some other value.

If I edit the record, remove the value for Request ID, select the correct value of  1185428000007018175 and save the record, when coming back into edit the record it is once again showing the value of 1185428000007018240 instead of  1185428000007018175.
This leads me to believe the correct value is set but what the heck is this value 1185428000007018240?

What is wrong and why is this happening?
