We are a Florida-based licensed liquor distributor using Zoho Books, Inventory, CRM, and Analytics. Many of our vendors are also our customers. We’re looking to build a centralized, secure Vendor Dashboard Portal in Zoho Creator that gives access to real-time inventory, sales data, invoices, and brand-specific communication.

Features Needed:

• Portal login for each vendor (restricted view of only their products/invoices)
• Real-time data sync from:
  
• Zoho Inventory (Products, Stock, Orders)
• Zoho Books (Invoices, Payments)
• Zoho CRM (Brand/Vendor linkage)

• Admin panel for CCSW staff to add/edit vendors and post messages

We need:

• Full development of the Creator app with secure portal
• API integrations between Books, Inventory, CRM
• UI/UX that’s easy for vendors to navigate
• Setup of 2–3 vendors to test
• Final walkthrough and documentation
