Mac Safari and Chrome browsers remain unusable in Creator's Free Flow Editor mode due to text artifacts (images included)

As seen in the screenshots below, Creator Free-Flow editor cannot be used in either Mac Safari or Mac Chrome due to uncontrollable text artifacts in the editor window.  Works fine in Firefox, but sometimes I need to use Safari or Chrome.  I know this problem has been reported a good while ago, but since Safari just released its 5.0 version, I did a fresh test.
