1.  How do I configure zoho to automatically send notifications to Managers when his team member appraisal evaluation is due?

2.How do I configure zoho to automatically send notifications to HR Team when an employee is about to complete his probation period? Mail Alert

3. How can I set the customizing forms to be viewed  " the same " by all users.. i need more explanation on the special criteria

4. How can I stop the alerting notification email to be sent to all user whenever i delete/add/update any fields and/or form....!!!! this is really annoying and i need your help on that.
