Making call from Zoho CRM app NOT using the phone App
When I try to make a call using the Zoho CRM Mobile app it defaults to Android phone app instead of using our Twilio account to make calls.
Because we have international customers calling, we need to be able to call via Twilio instead of our local personal number.
Is there any way to do this?
You can do it no problem within the full CRM but not within the Zoho Crm mobile app.
Please help!
