Managing Annual Review Schedule

Right now, we use Zoho people for our business to manage all staff, travel, expenses etc. and it is quite a handy tool.

What I am trying to do is manage annual reviews.

I currently use my calendar with anniversary dates for each employee - I want this to be in zoho people (not in my personal calendar)

I see performance reviews are for reviews that have been completed - how can I schedule forthcoming reviews and set reminders for these??
