Managing Projects community expectations
As a Projects paying customer, I am very attentive to developments.
I am aware that the Projects team have to juggle numerous -- and what appears to be conflicting -- demands from numerous segments of the community. Some members seem to be less patient with the development process than others.
What I would suggest is a statement eg. a bulletin that is released on a monthly or quarterly basis, which indicates the areas or components being worked on & due for release.
This could be posted as a sticky or some such, and members would read this to acquaint themselves with functions that are due within the month or quarter.
This could save time for both the Projects team & aid in managing Projects community expectations.
