Search “website widgets” in your web browser and choose a suitable tool. Pick one widget that improves trust or helps customers connect with you (like Google Reviews or WhatsApp Chat). Follow the on-screen steps to customize the widget, and copy the embed code it gives you. Paste this code into your homepage or a high-traffic product page.

Steps:

In your Zoho Commerce web app, go to the Online Store menu in the left pane –> Click Online Store –> Click Customize –> Navigate to the required section of the page and click +Add Element –> In the Elements menu, click Code Snippet under the Others category.
