Meeting Chat Function

Chat goes to "Creating Chat Interface" and freezes during a meeting especially if one side or the other minimizes. Either side can activate their chat and attempt to send but it doesn't go anywhere. Chat log shows participants 'leaving' / 'entering' when neither side has done anything. It usually takes several stop/restart/join efforts to get chat to operate if at all.
