meetings variations:reschedule, cancel, on-hold

There are often times when a  meeting will have to be rescheduled, cancelled or put on hold.
These variations are not available with ZProjects meetings scheduling.It would be good if these
variations would be provided.

As is, one has  no record of any of these actions--instead, one either changes the details which
then become a new meeting (reschedule) or deletes it entirely (cancelled).
