Member status is a very inaccessible field

Hello.

We are very dependent on the "member status" field for our work, since we do a lot of campaigns. However, it's a very inaccessible field. As far as we know:
  1. It's not available for automated rules, workflows, etc.
  2. We can use it to filter an existing view, but not as a criteria to create a view. The problem is that views can be shared with other users, but filters can't. So our admin cannot create a list of contacts with a specific member status and share it with the relevant users. We can give them a list with all the contacts in the campaign, but we cannot be sure that they filter it correctly (we have frequent users that enter Zoho daily, but we also have users for specific campaigns that may not work for us during months).
  3. We can't use it for a kanban view.
  4. The related list itself is under all the fields of each record. It's our main work tool, but we cannot move it to a more prominent place.
  5. We can only see it in related lists, which are limited to 10 records per page. That's slow for mass update.
I wonder if there are ways to do these things within the current CRM. If not, I would like to suggest that Zoho implements some of these improvements, they would help us greatly in our work.
