Migrating from OneUp/MyERP to Zoho Books (maybe)

OneUp, formerly known as MyERP, is eliminating their free plan on Aug 10 2015:

What does this mean?

We’ll be moving all accounts to the new OneUp during the next 30 days - to get started you can subscribe simply by logging in, visiting “Settings,” and clicking on “Manage Subscription” to see your options, including a basic plan that starts at $9/month.

If you choose not to upgrade to the new version please note that you’ll need to make sure to download  any data / information that you’d like to save, as the older version will become inactive in 30 days, on August 10, 2015, and any data that is present will be deleted.

Being a cheapskate, I kept my tiny business's books in MyERP/OneUp for a couple years, and am not looking forward to moving the data out- but honestly it makes so little profit it doesn't behoove me to pay even the minimum $9/month to keep it active. So I will export everything and move it to Zoho Books, if possible.

Anyone here ever make this move already, can you share tips/experiences?

And Zoho, hint, here's an opportunity to get some more users... though perhaps the kind of user who jumps ship when asked to pay is not one to go out of ones way to court.
