More specific subject lines for notification emails
I've realised that when I attach a note to a task and send a notification, the subject line on the email is always "Task Note Added" - with no indication which task.
This causes a problem in Gmail, where emails with the same subject line are pulled together as a single conversation. So if I add a note to each of five completely different tasks, the five unrelated notifications show up in Gmail as a single conversation.
This just happened: another user then replied to the whole thread, meaning someone has to go in, pick apart the response email, and manually add the different parts of the response to the individual tasks.
Couldn't the email subject line include part of the task name?
